Taxes & Duties

For orders shipped within the UK, the purchase price excludes VAT.

For orders shipped outside of the UK, the purchase price includes pre-paid import/export taxes and duties. However, some local duty charges may still apply at the delivery destination and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from REGGIE’S RAZORS LTD, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund within 21 days from date of purchase.
Please note: We do not exchange or refund an item claiming damage to mirror polished surfaces, should this occur after purchase.
Items are to be returned at the customer's expense unless an item is faulty – in which case we will refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra charge.
The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging. We insist that items are returned to us by a recognised (Parcelforce, DPD, FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL), insured and signed for method in order to avoid loss of the item(s) during return. We cannot refund a returned items that has not been received.
Please contact us before returning your item(s) and we will confirm the return delivery address. Please ensure you return your item(s) to us within 21 days from date of purchase. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at our own discretion.
Refunds can only be requested by the purchaser and will be made within 14 days of REGGIE’S RAZORS LTD receiving the returned item(s).
